Common use of Hospital-Association Committee Clause in Contracts

Hospital-Association Committee. There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the Hospital or designate and two (2) members of the Association, one (1) of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.
