Hosted Services Warranty. Splunk warrants that during the applicable Term: (i) Splunk will not materially decrease the overall functionality of the Hosted Services; and (ii) the Hosted Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of these warranties, will be your right to terminate the applicable Hosted Services Purchased Offering, and we will refund to you any prepaid but unused Fees for the remainder of the Term.
Hosted Services Warranty. Hosted Services shall be made available in substantial and material conformity with its Documentation. For any breach of this warranty set forth in this Section 8.2.VIQ will repair or replace any reported nonconformity in the Hosted Services at no cost to Company. If repair or replace is not feasible in VIQ’s sole and reasonable opinion, or the Hosted Services continue to not function in accordance with this warranty after fifteen (15) days from Company’s first notice to VIQ of such non-conformity, or such other timeframe Company authorizes in writing, Company may terminate the applicable Order and receive a refund of any prepaid and unused fees.
Hosted Services Warranty. For the term of Customer’s paid subscription to the Hosted Services, GE warrants that such Hosted Services will materially comply with the then current Service Documentation provided for the Hosted Service. Customer acknowledges that GE may deliver continuous updates, changes, and improvements to the Hosted Services and the Service Documentation. GE may notify Customer of such changes by publishing updates or changes to GE’s Web site for the Hosted Services or by means of written notice to Customer. Customer’s sole remedy, and GE’s sole obligation and liability, for any failure of the Hosted Services to conform to this warranty is for GE, at its option, to: (1) provide a correction or work- around or provide an issue resolution, or (2) permit Customer to terminate its subscription to the affected Hosted Services and receive a refund of the prepaid fees, if any, for the terminated and unexpired portion of such subscription.
Hosted Services Warranty. Digital Cheetah warrants that the Hosted Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable Documentation. If the Hosted Services are nonconforming, Digital Cheetah will fix, provide a work around, or otherwise correct the Hosted Services. If Digital Cheetah is unable do so within a reasonable period of time, Digital Cheetah will terminate Client’s access to the Hosted Services, this Agreement will terminate, and Digital Cheetah will refund to Client prepaid Subscription Fees on a prorated basis beginning with Client’s notice of nonconformity.
Hosted Services Warranty. Graylog warrants that during the applicable Term: (i) Graylog will not materially decrease the overall functionality of the Hosted Services; and (ii) the Hosted Services will perform materially in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Graylog’s sole and exclusive liability, and Customers sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of these warranties, will be Customer’s right to terminate the Hosted Services, and Graylog will refund to Customer any prepaid but unused Fees for the remainder of the Term.
Hosted Services Warranty. ICS will make its best effort to delivery to the Customer a quality hosted application solution. ICS makes no warranty of the customer provided/contracted IP connection to the ICS host and/or the customer premises network. Although ICS may assist in determining any network or connectivity issues ICS and its third party partners assume no responsibility for the same. Customer understands that should Customer provided/contracted network require extensive diagnostic work by ICS that ICS has the right to charge and Customer agrees to pay for these professional services.
Hosted Services Warranty. If Customer purchased User access rights to the Hosted Services, Critigen warrants to Customer that, during Warranty Period the Hosted Services will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying materials.

Hosted Services Warranty. TCS warrants during the Term of this Agreement that the Hosted Services will be provided in accordance with the Specifications for Hosted Services.
Hosted Services Warranty. Ushur represents and warrants to Customer that the Hosted Services will function and perform substantially in conformance to the Specifications during the term of the applicable SO. In the event that the Hosted Services fail to satisfy this warranty, Ushur will, at its own expense, either: (i) promptly replace the Hosted Services with a solution that conforms to this Agreement and such Specifications; or (ii) promptly repair the Hosted Services, at Ushur’s cost, so that they conform to this Agreement and such Specifications.
