Hot Asphalt and MIP Premium. When in contact with hot asphalt or MIP an employee shall receive sixty cents (60c/ ) per hour in addition to their regular rate of pay and: • Effective January 1, 2008 the said premium shall be sixty-five cents (65¢) • Effective January 1, 2009 the said premium shall be seventy cents (70¢) • Effective January 1,2010 the said premium shall be seventy- five cents (75¢)
