Hourly Service Rate. 14.7.1 The extended contract hourly rate shall be $30.00 per hour for unit members who perform duties that do not include direct instruction to students; and $35.00 per hour for unit members who provide direct instruction to students. 14.7.2 The unit members selected to teach during the Board approved summer school session and intersession at year-round schools shall be paid an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. Summer School prep time shall be paid at the rate of $30.00 per hour. 14.7.3 Unit Members who participate in voluntary District provided staff development may utilize the option of receiving additional assignment at the extended teacher hourly rate of $30.00 up to the maximum number of hours available given current District staff development funding. Individuals must select their option no later than the date of the session. Employees using this option will not receive course credit for the same course. Employees will only be compensated for staff development days completed in seven hour segments. 14.7.3.1 Unit members who have participated in voluntary District- provided staff development and are short of accumulating a seven hour increment to turn in for compensation, may do so during the period of June 1 to June 30.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the Agreement by the number of direct labor hours (DLH) performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. The hourly rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit. (B) Hourly rate means the rate(s) specified in the Agreement for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the Agreement that are performed by the Seller, performed by the subcontractors, or transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Seller under a common control. (C) Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in the Agreement will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the specified qualification. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.

  • Hourly Rates The following is a list of hourly billable rates that Contractor shall apply for additional services requested of the Contractor.   • Holiday During Vacation If a holiday, named under Article 7 of this Agreement, falls within the vacation period of an employee, he shall be granted an additional day's pay in lieu of the holiday.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX.   • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Hourly Fees Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.

  • Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all-purpose rate contained in Clause 7 Wages, divided by 36.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.
