Hours Clear From Work. ‌ An employee required to work overtime adjoining their regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to eight clear hours between the end of the overtime work and the start of their next regular shift. If eight clear hours of time off are not provided, overtime rates shall apply to all hours worked on the regular shift.
