HOURS OF CALL. Members are not allowed to call on customers/prospects as provided below, and failure by a Member to abide by this Section 2.1 shall be considered a breach of these Policies by the Member: • On Sunday (in areas where Sunday is observed as a rest day). • On Friday (in areas where Friday is observed as a rest day). • On any public holiday. • From 7:00 pm to 9:00 am daily on other days. • The above hours of call do not apply if you have made an appointment and the cus- tomer has consented for you to call him/her. • Members are strongly urged to always make appointments. Unless you have done so, do not attempt to conduct business at the prohibited hours of call. • Indicate the purpose of your visit before entering a customer’s premises. If the cus- tomer requests you to leave his/her premise, please do so immediately and without complaint. Do not persist in trying to convince or push a sale. The customer has a right to make a complaint if you continue to insist that he/she listens to you.

The Prohibited Call Schedule does not apply if you have made an appointment and the customer/prospect has consented for you to call him/her. Members are strongly urged to always make appointments. Unless you have made an appointment, do not attempt to call customers/prospects during the Prohibited Call Schedule. Members must indicate the purpose of their visit before entering a customer’s home or premises. If a customer requests that you leave his/her home or premises, please do so immediately and without complaint; do not persist in trying to convince or push a sale.   • Hours of Access You can use Online Banking seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, although some or all Online Banking services may not be available occasionally due to emergency or scheduled system maintenance. CONSULTANT shall forfeit, as a penalty to the ALAMEDA CTC, Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) for each worker employed in the execution of the AGREEMENT by the CONSULTANT or any of its subconsultants for each calendar day during which such worker is required or permitted to work more than eight (8) hours in any one calendar day and forty (40) hours in any one calendar week in violation of the provisions of the Labor Code, and in particular Sections 1810 to 1815 thereof, inclusive, except that work performed by employees in excess of eight (8) hours per day, and forty (40) hours during any one week, shall be permitted upon compensation for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours in any week, at not less than one and one-half (1.5) times the basic rate of pay, as provided in Section 1815.

  • Hours of Operation You can access automated account information through the Service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. There may be times, however, when all or part of the Service is unavailable due to system outages or maintenance. We assume no responsibility for any damage or delay that may result from such unavailability.

  • HOURS OF WORK i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly. ii) The normal daily extended tour shall be 11.25 consecutive hours in any 24-hour period, exclusive of a total of forty-five (45) minutes of unpaid meal time. For hybrid schedules, there will be scheduled normal daily tours of seven and one-half (7½) hours and 11.25 consecutive hours per day. iii) Employees working an extended tour shall be entitled, subject to the exigencies of resident care, to paid relief periods during the tour of a total of forty-five (45) minutes. For hybrid schedules, there will also be shifts that provide for relief periods in accordance with Article 15.02. iv) Scheduling issues will be resolved at the local level. v) Where the union and the employer have agreed to or agree to an extended daily tour or hybrid schedule that differs from the normal daily extended tour, the proportion of unpaid time to hours of work shall maintain the same ratio as set out in paragraph ii) and iii) of this Article.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include: a) How the hours are to be averaged in a work cycle b) The duration of the work cycle
