Hours of Work and Calculation of Overtime. SECTION 1. This Article is intended only to provide the basis for determining hours of work and for calculating overtime and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week. 1.2 The Company retains the right to schedule associates to 10-hour work shifts Monday through Friday, but 12-hour shifts shall be volunteer only, and to schedule 8-hour work shifts Saturday and Sunday, but 10 and 12-hour shifts shall be volunteer only.
