Early Reporting. An employee who is at the work place prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift and who is required to commence work prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift, shall not be eligible for callout but shall be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions for the actual time worked prior to the commencement of the employee's regular shift.
Early Reporting. An associate who is ordered to report for work one hour or more prior to the start of his regular shift, and is notified of such schedule prior to the end of his regular shift on the last previous work day, shall be paid the established shift premium applicable to the time worked prior to the starting time of his regular shift.

(a) Day shift employees who are called back after the end of their regular day shift (or told to report prior to their regular starting time) and who continue working into their regular work shift will be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours worked outside their regular schedule, up to midnight and at the rate of double time for all hours worked after midnight up to the regularly assigned starting time of their work shift.

The total of the early reporting hours worked and regular shift hours worked will not be less than the number of regularly scheduled hours. For all hours worked ahead of the normal starting time, the Company shall pay the employee one and one-half (1 times his regular straight-time hourly pay, or the overtime rate applying to the preceding day, which- ever is greater. overtime or premium pay for the same hours worked shall not be permitted under this Agreement, nor shall an employee be paid overtime and premium pay for the same hours worked. If two or more pay provisions could have application to the same hours worked, payment shall be made under the provision resulting in the highest pay for such hours. Pay on Day of Injury An employee who is injured while working for the Company and leaves the plant for medical attention shall receive a full day's pay for the day of injury. Wherever prac- tical a medical note will be provided the next working day. Employees shall be in their work places ready for work when the starting whistle blows. Employees shall re- main at their work until the stop time whistle sounds or as directed by their xxxxxxx.
