HOURS OF WORK AND GUARANTEED WEEK. 11.01 The following are maximum hours of work at straight time rates of pay and, subject to Article 9, may be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day and per week in which an employee is required to work. This guarantee shall not apply in the event that the operations of the Employer are affected by a labour dispute.
