Overtime on Days of Rest. Authorized overtime work performed on the first day of rest shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours and double time thereafter. Authorized overtime work performed on the second or subsequent days of rest shall be paid at the rate of double time.

Overtime on Days of Rest. 11.05 Employees working on other than Monday to Friday schedules will be paid at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the first day of rest and double time for all hours worked on the second, third and fourth days of rest. However, should any overtime be worked on a Sunday it shall automatically be at double time.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

The retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by the City, or from the date of termination of this Contract, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative and judicial litigation which may ensue.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.
