Hours of Work and Shift Rotation. Two (2) shifts of twelve (12) hours on each of Saturday and Sunday. Two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks and one (1) twenty (20) minute break. Rotate weekend shifts on a weekly basis. (It is agreed that the Company and the Union will make a joint application to the Employment Standards Branch for consent to this hours of work arrangement).
