HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 17.01 (a) A normal workday shall be composed of seven (7) consecutive hours per day excluding a one (1) hour unpaid meal break. An employee may take a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal break with the approval of the Employer.
