HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. B.1 Miramichi Lodge and Bonnechere Manor The normal shift shall be composed of seven and one half (7 ½) consecutive hours exclusive of meal time and the normal work week shall be composed of five tours, that is 37.5 hours per week. It is understood that at the change of tour there shall be additional time of up to fifteen (15) minutes required for reporting which shall be considered to be part of the normal daily tour.
