HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 17.01 The normal shift shall be composed of 7.5 consecutive hours, exclusive of meal time. The standard bi-weekly period shall be seventy five (75) hours. Shifts for a full- time employee shall average five (5) per week over the nursing schedule determined by the Employer. The hours of work shall not be construed as a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each shift or during each shift schedule.
