HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. The normal shift shall be composed of 7½ consecutive hours, exclusive of meal time. The normal work week shall be composed of five (5) tours, that is 37½ hours per week. An extended shift shall be composed of 11 ¼ consecutive hours, exclusive of unpaid meal time.
