Common use of Hours of Work Designations Clause in Contracts

Hours of Work Designations. A) The hours of work for positions with multiple designations will be based on the nature of the work and the type of services provided. The Employer's decision to change the hours of work designation will be based on operational requirements that can be demonstrated to the Union and the change will be for a minimum period of three (3) months. The Union will be provided notification before any change in designation.
