Hours of Work - Full-time Employees. The arrangement of ordinary hours of work for a full-time Employee will be implemented as follows (unless the Employee is a shift worker): (a) 38 hours per week provided that an Employee, which can be averaged over a 4 week cycle. (b) All ordinary hours are to be worked with in a maximum of 9.5 hours. (c) All ordinary hours for a day worker are to be worked between 5.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday to Sunday.
