Hours Worked in Excess of Eight. (a) The Company shall pay an employee one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours he is required to work over eight (8) hours a day except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement. (b) The Company shall pay an employee two (2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for all hours he is required to work over twelve (12) hours a day.
