Overtime Lunches. Employees required to work overtime shall be given a thirty (30) minute paid lunch break after having worked six (6) consecutive hours or, in any case, after having worked ten (10) consecutive hours of actual work, and every four (4) hours thereafter, provided that in each case it is necessary to resume overtime work involving a paid lunch break as above, the Company will provide a lunch if the employee(s) concerned were not notified on the previous work day about the overtime work.

Overtime Lunches. Any employee, upon the completion of twelve or more continuous hours of work, excluding his regular lunch period, will be paid a meal allowance of five dollars ($5.00).
Overtime Lunches. Any employee after working ten (10) continuous hours (excluding his or her regular lunch period) will be paid a meal allowance of four dollars fifty cents ($4.50), which will be included in his or her regular paycheck. An additional meal allowance of four dollars fifty cents ($4.50) will be paid for each consecutive four (4) hours of work performed thereafter. No time will be deducted for eating lunch during overtime work, it being understood that time consumed in eating lunch will be made as short as possible and in no case exceed thirty (30) minutes. A straight day worker who works Saturday or Sunday at overtime rates will have no time deducted for eating lunch on such Saturday or Sunday. In no case will the lunch period exceed thirty (30) minutes.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.
