Overtime Lunches. Employees required to work overtime shall be given a thirty (30) minute paid lunch break after having worked six (6) consecutive hours or, in any case, after having worked ten (10) consecutive hours of actual work, and every four (4) hours thereafter, provided that in each case it is necessary to resume overtime work involving a paid lunch break as above, the Company will provide a lunch if the employee(s) concerned were not notified on the previous work day about the overtime work.
Overtime Lunches. Any employee after working ten (10) continuous hours (excluding his or her regular lunch period) will be paid a meal allowance of four dollars fifty cents ($4.50), which will be included in his or her regular paycheck.

Overtime Lunches. Any employee, upon the completion of ten (10) continuous hours of work, excluding the employee's regular lunch period, will be paid a meal allowance of three dollars and seventy five cents ($3.75). No time will be deducted for eating lunch during overtime work, it being understood that time consumed in eating will be made as short as possible and in no case will exceed twenty (20) minutes.
Overtime Lunches. A. When a Firefighter is held over for a full regular duty day, he shall be provided with overtime lunches for the morning, noon, and evening meals. If the holdover is for less than a regular duty day, but for more than two (2) hours, he shall be provided the opportunity for an overtime lunch at the end of the first two (2) hours and at approximately five (5) hour intervals. B. Firefighters called in for emergency conditions shall be provided with a lunch and an opportunity to eat such lunch on Company time at approximately five (5) hour intervals, except as noted in c) below. Overtime Lunches. When employees are required to work overtime, the Company will provide the employee actually working a warm overtime lunch. Overtime meals are not to be removed from the site. Lunches will be provided as follows: A. A lunch after ten (10) consecutive hours of work or at the beginning of their regular shift when the employees are called out prior to their regular shift. B. An additional lunch for each four (4) consecutive hours of work over ten (10).

The Company shall provide a meal money allowance in the amount of six dollars ($6) for employees required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their scheduled quitting time, provided they were not so scheduled before reporting to work. Vending machine tokens in the amount of six dollars ($6) will be available to employees who wish to purchase their lunch on the premises. 129 At each four (4) hour interval another meal money allowance will be provided while the employee is working. 130 Employees called in with less than three (3) hours notice shall receive a meal money allowance after working more than four (4) hours and an additional meal money allowance will be furnished at each additional four (4) hour interval while the employee is working. 131 Employees shall eat lunch while on duty. Section 2. Meal money allowance(s) shall be computed on a weekly basis, and payable on a monthly basis. 132

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
