Hours Worked in Excess of Eight. (a) The Company shall pay an employee one and one-half (12) times his regular straight time hourly rate for the first two (2) hours he is required to work over eight (8) hours a day and then double time for all hours thereafter. (b) During the period defined in Article 15.04, double time premium shall apply after 10.75 hours of work.
