A Member may cancel a membership to be effective at the end of the then-current month by providing written notice to BlakeSt at least four days prior to the end of the month. Member shall remit to BlakeSt the balance of any monthly fees due for the remainder of the then-current month. A Member shall return all property of BlakeSt, including key fobs, and remit any outstanding charges prior to the last day of membership. No refunds will be provided. Memberships cannot be canceled for a month that has then already begun. If a Member who canceled their membership wishes to rejoin in the future, all then new applicable rates and fees will apply and they will be required to re-apply and go through an onboarding session. Having been a Member before does not guarantee a Membership slot or acceptance in the future. Membership Freeze. Damage to the house, furnishings, or other items must be reported in writing to the Event Venue Director immediately; any damage will be billed to the client. • Movement of furniture must be kept to a minimum. If two or more people are required to lift a piece of furniture, it may not be moved by client or client representatives. Any furniture moved for an event must be returned to its original placement before the conclusion of the event. 10.1.2 All the standard houses to be constructed will be provided with electricity, water tap and fan.
10.1.3 The Standard houses which have not yet been provided with electricity, water tap and fan will also be provided with the same. Other houses, belonging to the companies for which the occupants are not entitled to house rent allowance will also be provided with fan.
10.1.4 All quarters/hutments belonging to coal companies will be repaired and maintained by the respective management. Adequate fund will be provided for this purpose.
10.1.5 All out efforts will be made to provide land for Co-operative Housing with infrastructure.
10.1.6 It is also agreed that in case the workers construct houses by obtaining loan from financial institutions like Bank, LIC, HUDCO or any other recognised financial institution, the management will give guarantee regarding deduction in suitable installments and remittance thereof towards repayment of the loan amount to the lending institution. In case the workers take loan both from Company and financial institutions the employees will be allowed for mortgaging the property concurrently in respect of financial institutions and the Company.
