Human Resources Management Qualification. The human resources management qualification will provide trainees with a masters in Human Resources Management (ideally incorporating CIPD). We require our leaders in HR to establish HR‟s reputation as a key strategic function a the heart of managing change, helping to facilitate service delivery redesign and helping to build leadership and management skills throughout the service to enable its transformation. The qualification must provide:  Experience and competence in their functional role;  An in depth understanding of the role of HR in relation to the business of healthcare and leadership and the contribution to improved patient care.  Leadership qualities for health HR professionals – emotional leadership, transformational leadership, authentic leadership etc.  An understanding of the current NHS agenda – QIPP, GP Consortia, added value, quality etc.  A world class qualification;  Each trainee with the academic ability to be an effective and invaluable member of a HR team AND  Each trainee with the ability to understand the business of the NHS and how HR is central to the achievement of change and transformation.  Ability to contribute to the provision and maintenance of effective and business focused HRM processes;  Competence in a range of HR initiatives that add value to both the organisation and the people in it;  Experience of the HR function in organisational change, adaptability and innovation. The NHS Institute would welcome additional innovative subject areas proposed by suppliers.

The Parties may undertake joint projects for the comparative analysis of such data. The Parties agree that a Steering Committee will oversee this program. The Committee will include representatives designated by each Party. The Parties recommend that the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology continue to provide funding to assist in the gathering, analysis, and maintenance of such data through the agreed-upon organization.

  • Medical Review Officer The Medical Review Officer (MRO) shall be a licensed physician who has a knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual’s positive test result together with the employee’s medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
