– HUMAN RIGHTS STATEMENT. 9.01 The Company and the Union agree to provide to all employees an opportunity to receive human rights training, at compulsory Company meetings of up to three (3) hours duration consisting of human rights awareness, explanation of Company and Union policies regarding equality in employment and complaint resolution procedures. The specifics of this program will be developed in consultation between the Company and the Union. Such training will be done at either the beginning or end of the TM’s regular shift. In the event that this training must take place on a week-end day it will be combined with other training to ensure a minimum of four hours. The Company will endeavour to provide a minimum of one week’s notice of such training. If the training is scheduled for a week-end day the Company will endeavour to provide two weeks notice of the scheduled training.
