Idea Submission. If you submit any materials or other information to any public areas of our website (such as bulletin boards, guest books, forums, wish lists and chat rooms), you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, sub- licensable, assignable, transferable, irrevocable license under copyright and patent, with the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any such materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed or commercialized. If Customer chooses to submit to FLIPBELT or share with FLIPBELT any business plans, product or marketing ideas, or other materials, Customer agrees that (i) FLIPBELT is not subject to any restrictions in using such materials; Customer hereby grants to FLIPBELT an irrevocable license to use such materials, without compensation to Customer; and

Full Frame or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including but not limited to ideas relating to processes, technologies, product enhancements, or product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, content, artwork, suggestions, or other works (“Submissions”) in any form to Full Frame. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Full Frame’s products might seem similar to ideas you submitted to Full Frame. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you agree to the following: (1) your Submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Full Frame, without any compensation to you; (2) Full Frame may use or redistribute the Submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Full Frame to review the Submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any Submissions confidential.

If Customer chooses to submit to Muscle Club or share with Muscle Club any business plans, product or marketing ideas, or other materials, Customer agrees that (i) Muscle Club is not subject to any restrictions in using such materials; Customer hereby grants to Muscle Club an irrevocable license to use such materials, without compensation to Customer; and (ii) Muscle Club is under no obligation to use such plans, ideas, or other materials, or to commercially exploit them in any territory.
Idea Submission. We value your feedback and, where applicable, you may submit ideas, content, artwork, suggestions, or other works (“Submissions”) to 0X.xxx. Where you submit any Submission, you agree that: (1) your Submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of 0X.xxx, without any compensation to you; (2) where such a grant in sub-section (1) is not possible, your Submission shall be subject to the User Content license grant as stated within this Agreement ; (3) 0X.xxx may use or redistribute the Submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (4) there is no obligation for 0X.xxx to review the Submission; and (5) there is no obligation to keep any Submissions confidential. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when 0X.xxx’s products might seem similar to ideas you submitted to 0X.xxx.
Idea Submission. By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals (the “Submissions”) to Plauzzable or its employees, you acknowledge and agree that Plauzzable is entitled to use or disclose such Submissions for any purpose in any way without providing compensation or credit to you.
