Illegal and Prohibited Uses. Tenant will not use or permit the Demised Premises or any part thereof to be used for any disorderly, unlawful or extra hazardous purpose and will not manufacture any commodity therein. Tenant will not use or permit the Demised Premises to be used for any purposes that interfere with the use and enjoyment by other tenants of the building nor which, in Landlord's opinion, impair the reputation or character of the building of which the Demised Premises form a part. Tenant shall refrain from and discontinue such use upon receipt of written notice from Landlord or no later than three (3) days after mailing thereof.
