Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. The parties recognize that this article is subject to the provisions of Section XII of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. However, unless inconsistent or impermissible under Section XII, the provisions of this article shall control.
Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. The Employer and the Union are both cognizant of the provision of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act and the Rules promulgated by the I.E.L.R.B. which deal with Fair Share Fees. The Act and these Rules are incorporated in this Agreement by reference and the Employer and the Union agree to comply with and abide by all provisions of the Act and said Fair Share Rule.
