Common use of Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family. The term "immediate family" shall mean spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son- in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent, or grandchild, or any member of the family unit with legal residence in the teacher’s household.
