In-Scope Work Order. The Parties acknowledge that certain tasks, activities and services are included within the Provider’s scope of Services, but where the timeline for performance of such items is contingent on prior activities being performed, or Client’s discretion as to when to request such work. If Client requests the performance of Services that are within the scope of Services described in this Agreement and the Statements of Work, Client’s Finance Director/City Treasurer shall deliver to the Provider’s Relationship Manager a written In Scope Work Order that requests the Services that Client desires to be performed. Upon receipt of such an In Scope Work Order, Provider shall review and evaluate said In Scope Work Order and provide a prompt response identifying non-chargeable and chargeable tasks, if any, associated with the In Scope Work Order. Subject to Client approval, a task will be incorporated as a chargeable task under an In Scope Work Order, if Provider, in its reasonable judgment, determines that a task cannot be performed (a) using Provider Personnel then-assigned to the applicable Service Tower or (b) without impacting existing Service Levels. Upon receipt of such Client approval, Provider will promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to perform the requested Services in accordance with such In Scope Work Order (or, if no timetable for performance is specified therein, as soon as practicable). The Parties understand and agree that all work requested in an In Scope Work Order shall be within the scope of the Services and the Fees set forth in Schedule 3 hereto.

In-Scope Work Order. “In-Scope Work Order” shall have the meaning given it in Section 2.3.1.
In-Scope Work Order. If the Client requires the performance of Services that are within the scope of Services described in this Agreement and the Statements of Work, but that are not then being performed by Vendor, the Client’s Program Executive shall deliver to the Vendor’s Program Executive a written In- Scope Work Order that describes the Services and the tasks that the Client desires to be performed, with sufficient detail to enable Vendor to readily understand and comprehend such request. Upon receipt of such an In-Scope Work Order, Vendor shall promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to perform the requested Services in accordance with such In-Scope Work Order (or, if no timetable for performance is specified therein, as soon as commercially reasonable), keeping the Client reasonably apprised of the status of such performance and notifying the Client of when such In-Scope Work Order has been fulfilled or if any problems are encountered. If Vendor receives an In-Scope Work Order with regard to which there is some question or problem that prevents Vendor from complying with the procedure described above in this Section, then Vendor shall promptly contact, and discuss the matter appropriately with, the Client’s Program Executive. The Parties understand and agree that all work requested in an In-Scope Work Order shall be within the scope of the Services and the Fees set forth in Schedule 3 hereto. The Parties shall also maintain a mutually agreed-upon change management procedure which shall be included in the Procedures Manual.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day.
