IN-SERVICE TRAININGS. In-services, when required by the District, will be provided during working hours with substitutes provided for employees involved. If held after work hours, employees shall be compensated at their regular rates of pay. In addition, any state or federal training required of employees by the District shall be provided using this same basis for compensation.
