Dormant Account. 15.1. An Account will be considered as a Dormant Account, if there is no financial or trading activity in the Account for a set period of 6 (six) months. 15.2. Dormant Accounts will be charged a monthly Dormant Fee of 5 USD (Five US Dollars) on the remaining balance of the Account until the balance is 0 (zero). The Dormant Fee is charged for the maintenance, administration and compliance management of such Dormant Accounts. 15.3. If the balance of the Account is less than 5 USD (Five US Dollars) the full remaining amount will be charged and the Company has the right to terminate the Account, upon a notice of termination to the Client 15.4. There will be no charge if the balance in the Account is 0 (zero). The Company shall proceed with notifying the Client that his Account will be terminated with immediate effect. The Company undertakes to make good any valid claim against the released balances. 15.5. The Company reserve the right to charge the Dormant fee retroactively for any month in which the Company had the right to charge it but for technical reasons did not. 15.6. Dormant Account. 9.1 The Bank will treat any Deposit Account which has not had a deposit or withdrawal made for a continuous period of six (6) months since the most recent deposit or withdrawal transaction, as a dormant account. The Bank is not required to notify the Customer of the fact that it has designated a Deposit Account as a dormant account. 9.2 In the event that a Deposit Account becomes a dormant account, the Bank may impose restrictions on the use of such Deposit Account. In this event, the Bank may charge dormant account management fees prescribed by the Bank. 9.3 If one (1) year has elapsed after a Deposit Account became a dormant account, the Bank may cease to accrue interest on the balance of such Deposit Account at any time.

The Company reserves the right to charge a fixed administration fee of €20 (twenty Euros) every year in order to maintain the account, on the condition that the Client account has the available funds. The maintenance fee shall be deducted from the Client’s account on the last day of the period of which the account becomes Dormant. The Company strives to ensure and keep correspondence with each respective Client and will inform the Client by email that their account is treated as Dormant Account and fee is charged to maintain the account. If the Client account does not have the necessary funds for the maintenance fee and has remained inactive for a following 3 months’ period, the Company reserves the right to charge a lower amount to cover maintenance expenses and close the account unilaterally. If the Client account does not have any funds on the account has remained inactive for a following 1 month the Company reserves the right to close the account unilaterally.

If a deposit or withdrawal has not been posted to your account for 36 consecutive months, and we have not had any other contact with you, we will consider your account abandoned. We will report and disburse the funds from an abandoned account in accordance with Michigan law. Dormant accounts receive only an annual account statement.

Dormant Account. 34.1. We will notify you on the contact details provided by you, before your account is deemed dormant. 34.2. When your account is deemed dormant any cards or service linked to your account which are not in arrears will also be regarded as dormant. 34.3.
