Common use of Incarceration Leave Clause in Contracts

Incarceration Leave. 25.01 An employee charged or convicted of an offence arising out of the operation of a motor vehicle and who is incarcerated for a period of not more than six (6) months as a result of such conviction, shall be treated as though the employee is on a leave of absence. Such leave shall only be granted once during the term of this Agreement.
