Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee.
Incentive Compensation During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee from time to time. The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be 40 percent of his Base Salary (the “Target Annual Incentive Compensation”). Except as otherwise provided herein, to earn incentive compensation, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such incentive compensation is paid.
RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM A. A Retirement Incentive Program will be provided by the District based upon the conditions stipulated below:
Performance Incentives Provided that sufficient funds are available from athletics revenue or gifts for the unrestricted use of the Department of Athletics, Athletics Director shall be entitled to receive additional non-salary compensation from the University in the form of the following stated bonuses for increased responsibilities, provided that all varsity sports are in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Athletics Director knew or should have known. Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.
Incentive Pay (1) For any calendar year: in which twenty-five percent (25%) of the number of members employed as of January 1 of each year are rated as either Level II or Level III in every phase of the PFT then
Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.
Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.
Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.
Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.
