Incident Resolution / Completion. The support consultant will only close an incident after agreeing with the customer that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction. The support consultant will also ensure the incident is updated in the knowledge base and the incident will be closed on Vivantio. The case would also be closed within 3 working days on cases where they have been marked as awaiting customer and no response has been received, there will be no exceptions to this. Information contained on Vivantio may be used to track the client’s use of the helpdesk and may lead to recommendations for further training and further consulting services as appropriate. The client can also request a report from the support manager of the usage over any period of time.

Related to Incident Resolution / Completion

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
