Inclement Weather Plan. As provided in the World’s Fair Park Event Guide, Xxxxxx must establish with the World’s Fair Park Coordinator an agreed upon Inclement Weather Plan. If, at the time of the scheduled event, Lessor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Premises are or will be too wet for the Lessee’s event, the Lessee will not conduct its event at the Premises, but rather, will conduct its event at the location specified in its Inclement Weather Plan.

Inclement Weather Plan. Every effort will be made to drive to your home. The service schedule may be altered or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances. IF it is NOT possible to drive safely to your home, you and/or your emergency contact will be notified. In the event the client does not provide a nearby emergency contact with access to your home for Critter Sitters, the client must realize that Critter Sitters will provide service, but not until conditions allow us to reach your home safely. Critter Sitters has requested the name and phone number of a person living nearby, with access to your home. This should be a person close enough to walk to your home if roads are impassable.   • Inclement Weather 24.1 This Inclement Weather clause sets out the full rights, obligations and entitlements of the parties and establishes the conditions under which payment for periods of inclement weather shall be made.

  • Inclement Weather Days Employees shall not report to work when schools are closed for inclement weather. In an emergency situation (e.g. Board packet day) when an inclement weather closing occurs, an employee(s) may be called in to work if there is a supervisor present in the work location. Said employee(s) shall receive compensatory time off for the time worked.

  • Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.
