Incomplete Shift Work. An Employee who works less than all Shift Hours, whether due to starting late or quitting early, or otherwise, shall be paid as follows in lieu of any other pay provisions: (1) The Employee’s rate as defined in Article IV, Section 4 for all hours worked on Monday through Friday; plus (2) One and one-half (1 ½ ) times the Employee’s Straight Time Rate for all hours worked before or after Shift Hours, or in excess of eight (8) hours, worked on Monday through Friday and for all hours worked on Saturday; plus (3) Two (2) times the Employee’s Straight Time Rate for all hours worked on Sunday or a Holiday or days observed as Holidays.

The Employee’s Straight Time Rate for all hours worked on Monday through Friday; plus 2. One and one-half (1 ½) times the Employee’s Straight Time Rate for all hours worked before or after Shift Hours, or in excess of eight (8) hours, worked on Monday through Friday and for all hours worked on Saturday; plus 3. Two (2) times the Employee’s Straight Time Rate for all hours worked on Sunday or a Holiday or days observed as Holidays, plus 4. Pay at the Employee’s applicable rate for the day on which the work is performed equal to: (a) One-half (½) hour for the Evening Shift, or (b) One (1) hour for the Night Shift.

  • Incomplete IPO If the Issuer does not complete its IPO and has become a reporting issuer in one or more jurisdictions because it has obtained a receipt for its IPO prospectus, this Agreement will remain in effect until the securities regulators in those jurisdictions order that the Issuer has ceased to be a reporting issuer.

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Complete Contract This Contract contains all the terms agreed upon by the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, and communications between the Parties concerning such subject matter, whether oral or written.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Complete Taking If at any time during the Fee Term title to or temporary use of the entire Project should become vested in a public or quasi-public authority by virtue of the exercise of a taking by condemnation, inverse condemnation or the right of eminent domain, or by voluntary transfer under threat of such taking, or in the event that title to a portion of the Project shall be taken rendering continued occupancy of the Project commercially infeasible in the judgment of the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall have the option to terminate this Fee Agreement as of the time of vesting of title by sending written notice to the County within a reasonable period of time following such vesting.

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Day Work The Company shall structure the Project Working Hours to include one (1) half-hour rest break to be taken without deduction of pay by Employees working the Project Working Hours on any day (Monday to Saturday inclusive).

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:
