Exhibitor Manual definition

Exhibitor Manual means the online manual produced by the Organiser including the Organiser’s rules and regulations relating to the Exhibition, the Venue and the Exhibitor’s attendance and conduct at the Exhibition;

Exhibitor Manual means the online manual produced by the Organiser, as amended from time to time by the Organiser in its sole discretion, including the Organiser’s rules and regulations relating to the Exhibition, the Venue and the Exhibitor’s attendance and conduct at the Exhibition;

Exhibitor Manual means the PDAC Exhibitor Manual for the Convention, available on the Convention website and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Booth construction and signage must be exhibited in accordance to the rules and regulations pertaining to the Exhibitor’s booth type and as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.

• Exhibitors must comply with the move-in and move-out times indicated in the Exhibitor Manual; exhibit to be completed by the Exhibitor for official inspection by 7:00 pm, on the day prior to the first show date and to remain intact until show close indicated by the official show hours.
