Increases in Usage. If there is an increase in the level of Client’s usage of the Services, growth in the size of Client’s business or network, and/or the Client otherwise exceeds the Usage Parameters set forth in a Service Contract, then the fee for the Services will be increased by an amount equal to the difference between the then-current fee for the agreed-upon level of usage and the then-current fee for the Client’s actual, higher level of usage. Increases in Usage. If your Order includes limits on usage, you must pay additional charges if you exceed those limits, based on the rates specified on the Order or our current standard pricing, whichever is greater. If you have enterprise wide or site wide access set out in your Order, our charges are established based on the size of your organization, anticipated number of users, site locations and population served as at the date of the Order, and if any one or a combination of these elements materially increases (e.g. if you acquire a new affiliate), we reserve the right to vary the charges.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Credit Limit 1. The Allocation Platform shall calculate and continuously update the Credit Limit of each Registered Participant in respect of each subsequent Auction. The Credit Limit shall be equal to the amount of the collaterals in place minus any outstanding payment obligations. In case of a Bank Guarantee such Bank Guarantee shall be only considered if the requirements in Article 20 related to its validity for the respective Auction are fulfilled. The Allocation Platform shall make this information available to each Registered Participant individually through the Auction Tool.

  • Fee Increases S&P reserves the right to increase its fees under this Order Schedule effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date by providing at least sixty (60) days advance written notice to Licensee prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect.

  • Vacation Usage Each department or agency head shall be responsible for scheduling the vacation periods of their employees in such a manner as to achieve the most efficient functioning of the department or agency and the County service. The granting of a vacation period less than the employee's annual entitlement is to be discouraged so that the full benefit of the vacation plan can be realized by each employee. The appointing authority shall determine when vacations will be taken.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Price Increase/Decreases No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the Contract. The County requires documented proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of 30-days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County of Orange. The County may enforce, negotiate, or cancel escalating price Contracts or take any other action it deems appropriate, as it sees fit. The net dollar amount of profit will remain firm during the period of the Contract. Adjustments increasing the Contractor’s profit will not be allowed.
