Incremental step movements where applicable, shall take effect September 1 of each year during the term of the Agreement, provided the employee worked in the bargaining unit at least 90 days during the preceding school year. Longevity: After 10 years = $0.50 cents per hour. After 15 years = $1.00 per hour. After 20 years = $1.50 per hour After 25 years = $2.00 per hour After 30 years = $2.50 per hour At 10 years, an employee will receive 50 cents more per hour and after 15 years, an employee will receive an additional 50 cents per hour in addition to the 50 cents more per hour, for a total longevity increase of $1.00 per hour. After twenty years, an employee will receive an additional 50 cents per hour in addition to the $1.00 per hour, for a total longevity increase of $1.50 per hour. After 25 years, an employee will receive an additional 50 cents per hour in addition to the $1.50 per hour, for a total longevity increase of $2.00 per hour. After thirty years, an employee will receive an additional 50 cents per hour in addition to the $2.00 per hour, for a total longevity increase of $2.50. These rates of pay shall be effective on September 1 of each year. If another classified bargaining unit receives a higher rate for longevity or adds additional longevity steps, the members of this bargaining unit will receive the same. In calculating an employee's longevity, the District will use the date the employee was hired by the District in a regular position (includes temporary positions, does not include substitute positions). If a person's employment has been interrupted by a work-related injury or a layoff, that person's longevity will continue to accrue as if there was no interruption of service.

  • Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Step Increases (a) The following is the method used to determine service credit, since the last date of hire, for purposes of positioning on the salary range:

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • Service Increments For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be the following January 1. For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be the following February 1. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be on January 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be on February 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. Subsequent step movements will occur on January 1 for 11 and 12 month contract unit members and will occur February 1 for 10 month contract unit members.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Step Increase Employees shall move to the next step of the salary schedule, only when agreed to specifically by parties in contract negotiations. If a step increase is provided, it shall be granted to those employees who receive an overall performance evaluation rating of “Effective” or higher. An employee who receives an overall performance evaluation of less than “Effective” shall not be eligible for the Board approved step increase; however, if the affected employee receives an overall performance evaluation of “Effective” or higher for the succeeding year he/she shall be granted the withheld step but not on a retroactive basis.

  • Pay Increments 44.5.1 Except as provided in sub-clauses 44.5.4 and 44.5.5 of clause 44.5 an employee holding an appointment at one of the classification levels listed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement shall be granted pay increments on completion of the applicable pay increment period until he reaches the maximum rate in the scale of rates for the classification level to which he is appointed.

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.
