Independent Contractor/Relationship of Parties. The relationship of Landlord and Tenant hereunder is the relationship of landlord and tenant. Programs and services provided by Tenant shall be subject to the supervision of Tenant and such programs and services shall not be provided by Tenant, or its agents, as agents of Landlord. The parties expressly acknowledge that it is not their intent to create any rights or obligations in any third person or entity under this Lease. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed as creating the relationship of principal and agent, partners, joint ventures, or any other similar such relationship between the parties hereto.
