Individual Teacher Employment Contract. Any individual contract between the Board and an individual teacher heretofore executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any individual contract hereinafter executed shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by the parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement for its duration, shall be controlling.

  • Employment contract The Company and Executive acknowledge that the terms of his employment are set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, award or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement, or as may otherwise be available in accordance with the Company’s established written plans and written policies at the time of termination.

  • TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.
