Industrial Injury or Illness Leave. 11.8.1 Employees shall report any work related accident or illness to their supervisor and Human Resources immediately and complete a form within twenty-four (24) hours. Employees shall be granted paid leave for absences caused by industrial injury or illness (pursuant to EC 88192).
