INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. (a) Subject to the provisions of Item (a) (ii) of Section 5 hereof, minor incidents will be handled without the necessity of a formal investigation.
(b) Such incidents will be investigated as quickly as possible by a proper officer(s) of the Company and subsequently reviewed with the employee(s) concerned.
(c) In cases where the assessment of discipline is warranted, the employee will be advised in writing within 28 calendar days from the date the incident was reviewed with the employee except as otherwise mutually agreed. A copy of the Incident Report and a copy of the Form 780 issued will be sent to the InterSystem General Chairman and/or Designate.
(d) When an employee is notified of the conclusions reached by the Company, and of the discipline assessed if any, he shall, if such are not acceptable to him, advise the proper officer of the Company in writing within 20 calendar days of receipt of such notification.
(i) that he is not in accord with the conclusions reached by the Company and requests a formal investigation under the procedures set forth in Section 5 hereof; or
(ii) that he accepts the conclusions reached by the Company but he is not in accord with the discipline assessed and may initiate an appeal of the discipline in accordance with the grievance procedure of the respective collective agreement; or
(iii) that he is in accord with the conclusions reached by the Company and the discipline assessed.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. Minor incidents may be handled without the necessity of a formal investigation. Minor incidents are defined as those for which no more than ten (10) demerit marks will be assessed and which cannot, when added to the employee’s current record, result in discharge for accumulation of demerits. Such incidents will be investigated as quickly as possible by a proper officer(s) of the Company. The informal investigation shall be recorded on an incident report which shall contain the following information.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. An appropriate administrator will discuss the complaint with the complainant and/or the unit member and endeavor to resolve the complaint as soon as possible, but in no event later than ten (10) days of receipt of any written complaint.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. Subject to the provisions of Article 18.2 (a) (ii), minor incidents will be handled without the necessity of a formal investigation.

Such incidents will be investigated as quickly as possible by x proper the Company and subsequently reviewed with the concerned. In cases where the assessment of discipline is warranted, the employee will be advised in writing within days from the date the incident is reviewed with the employee except as otherwise mutually agreed. The employee will be provided with a Declaration Form at the same time that he is served with a Form A copy of the Incident Report and a copy of the Form issued will be sent to the President, Local or designated representative When an employee is notified of the conclusions reached by the Company, and of the discipline assessed if any, he shall, if such are not acceptable to him, have the right to exercise one of the following options: if he is not in accord with the conclusions reached by the Company he may, within days of receipt of such notification, so advise the proper officer of the Company and request a formal investigation under the procedures set forth in Article hereof; or if he accepts the conclusions reached by the Company but he is not in accord with the discipline assessed he may initiate an appeal of the discipline in accordance with the grievance procedure of the respective collective agreements, but commencing with Step
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. Subject to the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) (ii) of Item 3, minor incidents will be handled without the necessity of a formal investigation.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. (1) DOI will investigate complaints that are unre- solved after mediation or are reopened because of a violation of a mediation agreement.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. (a) Subject to the provisions of Item (a) (ii) of Section II hereof, minor incidents will be handled without the necessity of a formal investigation.
(b) Such incidents will be investigated as quickly as possible by a proper officer(s) of the Corporation and subsequently reviewed with the employee(s) concerned.
(c) In cases where the assessment of discipline is warranted, the employee will be advised in writing within 20 calendar days from the date the incident is reviewed with the employee except as otherwise mutually agreed. No discipline will apply if discipline is not assessed within 20 calendar days from the date the incident is reviewed with the employee; however, when a Corporation officer requests an extension in time limits, such extension shall not be unreasonably withheld. In addition, should employees be absent from service on the last day for the Corporation to render a decision, such as due to vacation, illness, etc., the time limits will be automatically extended by seven calendar days beyond the date the employee returns to service.
INFORMAL INVESTIGATION. An administrator may discuss the complaint with the 15 complainant and/or the teacher and endeavor to resolve the complaint.
