Information on Members. The University agrees to provide the Association with the following information in print form, except for s. 6.1.1 and s. 6.1.3.2 which will be provided in print and in electronic form:
6.1.1 The University shall provide the Association with a monthly list stating the full name, employee number, rank and salary, amount of dues deducted, department, and employment start date of each Member. Any changes in the membership of the bargaining unit shall be indicated on the monthly list.
6.1.2 Within twenty-one (21) calendar days of a written request from the Executive Director of the Association, the Executive Director of Human Resources Director of Staff Relations shall provide the Executive Director of the Association with all information as required by statute.
6.1.3 The University shall provide the Association with the following specific information:
6.1.3.1 Monthly, a report on changes in the appointments of Members. This report shall include: the full names, employee numbers and departments of Members and the effective dates of each renewal or change in appointment, a tenured or a continuing appointment, or promotion.
6.1.3.2 Within twenty-one (21) calendar days of a request by the Association, a list of Members stating full name, employee number, rank, years in rank, sex, department, year of birth, type of appointment, date of first full-time University of Manitoba appointment, date of first full-time appointment as a Member, base salary, stipends paid in accordance with Article 31, year of first and highest degree, and highest degree. No more than two requests shall be made in any academic year.

Information on Members. (i) Each of the Members is an "accredited investor", as such term is defined in Regulation D promulgated by the Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), is experienced in investments and business matters, has made investments of a speculative nature and has purchased securities of publicly-owned companies in the past and, with its representatives, has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and other business matters as to enable such Member to utilize the information made available by Excel to evaluate the merits and risks of and to make an informed investment decision with respect to the Exchange Shares, which represents a speculative investment; (ii) Members have the authority and are duly and legally qualified to purchase and own the Exchange Shares; (iii) Members are able to bear the risk of such investment for an indefinite period and to afford a complete loss thereof; and (iv) the information set forth on the signature page hereto regarding such Members is accurate.
Information on Members. The union for graduates shall notify the company in writing, no later than 12 June 2023 and 9 February 2024, respectively, of the trade union members concerned and their representatives. The employer shall, no later than 14 days after the list has been delivered, provide a list of the salaries of the members concerned to the association.

The local salaried employee union must notify the company in writing, no later than 12 February 2021 or 11 February 2022, respectively, of the trade union members concerned and representatives appointed by them. The employer must, as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days thereafter, provide a list of the salaries of the members concerned.
