The Information Security/Cyber Liability Insurance must include internet media liability including cloud computing and mobile devices for protection of confidential information and customer data whether electronic or non-electronic, network security and privacy; privacy against liability for system attacks, digital asset loss, denial or loss of service, introduction, implantation or spread of malicious software code, security breach, unauthorized access and use, including regulatory action expenses, and notification and credit monitoring expenses with at least the minimum limits listed below. Coverage must be renewed for two (2) years after completion of the Services.

Information Security/Cyber Liability Insurance. The Contractor must maintain Cyber Liability and Security Insurance covering personally identifiable information transmitted to, accessed, created, or stored within the Contractor’s computer system or within any associated third‐ party’s computer system with minimum liability limits of $5,000,000 per occurrence and provide coverage for the following risks (collectively, “cyber‐security liabilities”):

Information Security/Cyber Liability Insurance. Contractor shall carry Cyber Liability Insurance with limits not less than the minimum limits listed immediately below that covers all direct and indirect damages suffered by University which are caused by Contractor’s system failure or electronic hacking that results in confidentiality or security breach(es) of Contractor’s system. The policy coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance maintained by the State of Idaho, and shall contain a waiver of subrogation. Coverage shall be maintained in effect during the period of the Agreement and for no less than two (2) years after termination/ completion of the Agreement. Minimum Limits:

Failure of the CITY to demand such certificate or evidence of full compliance with these insurance requirements or failure of the CITY to identify a deficiency from evidence provided will not be construed as a waiver of the CONSULTANT’s obligation to maintain such insurance. The acceptance of delivery by the CITY of any certificate of insurance evidencing the required coverage and limits does not constitute approval or agreement by the CITY that the insurance requirements have been met or the insurance policies shown in the certificates of insurance are in compliance with the requirements. The limits of indemnity coverage required under Subsection 15.1. Vendor Insurance Requirements of this Amendment shall not include costs incurred in defending against a claim and shall not be reduced by the payment of such costs; provided, however, that with respect to professional liability coverage as set forth in Subsection 15.1. Vendor Insurance Requirements of this Amendment, Vendor may alternatively maintain coverage with minimum limits of $2 million per claim and $4 million in the aggregate.

  • Cyber Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. Limits may not be shared with other lines of coverage. A copy of the cyber liability policy must be submitted to the Office of Risk Management (ORM) for compliance review.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain (a) Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $1,000,000.00 per claim, $2,000,000.00 aggregate. To the extent Contractor has access to, processes, handles, collects, transmits, stores or otherwise deals with State Data, Contractor shall maintain first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. Before commencing work on this Contract the Contractor must provide certificates of insurance to show that the foregoing minimum coverages are in effect. With respect to the first party Breach Notification Coverage, Contractor shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Contract.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.
