Informing Data Subjects. The Parties are required by law to provide data subjects with the information required according to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR, as well as the key content of this Agreement, in precise, transparent language that is understandable to laypersons and in easily accessible form free of charge. This information is part of the patient information sheet to be prepared by the Sponsor. The Parties agree that the Site shall provide the information provided by the Sponsor concerning the processing of personal data to patients upon collection of the personal data. The Site is not obliged to review the information provided by the Sponsor for compliance with the legal requirements.
Informing Data Subjects. 9.1 Evolve IP will cooperate so that the Customer is able to comply with its statutory obligations in the event a Data Subject exercises its privacy rights on the basis of the GDPR or other applicable regulations concerning the processing of Personal Data.

  • Data Subjects The categories of Data Subjects who we may collect Personal Data about may include the following where they are a natural person: the Customer, the directors and ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the Customer, your customers, employees and contractors, payers and payees.   • Data Subject Requests To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.

Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.
