INFORMING OF EMPLOYEES. The Authority shall inform each new employee, at the time of his/her employment, of the existence of this Agreement and shall either furnish said employee with a copy of said Agreement or furnish the employee with the name and address of the Union and refer the employee to the Union where a copy of said Agreement may be obtained.

  • HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date.
