Infrastructure Upgrades. Contractor shall implement infrastructure upgrades for network routers for new fiber connections, network upgrades, Laptops and Software, and the in-house conferencing system. These upgrades will improve the Contractor’s WAN infrastructure by increasing network bandwidth between the Contractor’s Montpelier and Burlington locations, providing Internet redundancy, and increase the Contractor’s Internet bandwidth. The upgrades will also include the implementation of an in-house teleconferencing system and refreshing Contractor’s laptop inventory.

Given a minimum required height of sixteen feet (16’) above the ground, Icon shelters and panels must be installed. ○ Yes: Vertical Bridge offers $25,000 one-time fee ( to pay for additional capital construction costs to secure fiber to the location) and $1,200 annual fee (plus assumed CPI increase) per site. ○ No means no Vertical Bridge partnership. ● Rollout schedule: A variable rollout schedule based upon three settings. Rollout speed positively affects Project Revenues (a faster rollout equals more revenues). It is implied that a faster rollout requires tighter City coordination and participation: ○ Aggressive: A three-year rollout averaging 1000 shelters per annum. ○ Optimized: A four-year rollout averaging 750 shelters per annum. ○ Delayed: A six-year rollout averaging 500 shelters per annum. Capital Considerations ● % of Pillars to install: We anticipate that a portion of station locations will be deemed to be highly desirable to add a shelter but be non-viable from a space-perspective. In these locations, a small-footprint Pillar will be installed. ● # of Icon shelters: Icon shelters have an advertising panel of at least sixteen feet (16’) high with: ○ Dual-sided static advertising wrap (with potential for future digitization). ○ Up to two ePaper City-Transit ePaper screens. ○ Smart cities sensors and safety light, City Light. ○ Temperature-controlled cabinet to house 5G small-cell equipment. ● # of panels: Standalone Icon panel. ● ePaper City-Transit screens: ePaper screens are used for City-Transit information screens. These screens provide real-time bus departure information, pre-programmed and on-demand city messaging, and other information. ePaper screens are assumed to be installed at all 3000 bus shelters and Panels.
Infrastructure Upgrades. (a) OSEG shall be responsible for the construction of the Infrastructure Upgrades for which it shall be paid a fee, as part of the Project Management Agreement, equal to three percent (3%) of the Hard Costs and Soft Costs of the Infrastructure Upgrades. The funding obligations respecting such Infrastructure Upgrades and the details regarding same shall be contained in each Lease as it relates to a particular Component other than the Stadium, and with respect to the Stadium, shall be contained in the Stadium Construction Licence. The City shall pay the proportionate amount of the fee as provided for in this Section 4.7(a) applicable to the Residential Developer and subsequently collect the amount on account thereof from the Residential Developer. The City shall pay the proportionate amount of the fee as provided for in this Section 4.7(a) applicable to the Office Developer and subsequently collect the amount on account thereof from the Office Developer.

Related to Infrastructure Upgrades

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. If you opt not to renew the Annual Support and Upgrade Agreement, You have 60 days from the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term to upgrade to the latest product version available prior to the end of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement term. If You request an upgrade beyond this 60-day period, You will be required to renew the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement in order to upgrade to the latest product version.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.
