INGRESS/EGRESS. Tenant shall have the full and free right of ingress to and egress from the hangar or tie-down area for Tenant, passengers, guests, and other invitees who will all conduct themselves according to the Airport Rules and Regulations.

Additionally, restrictions applying specifically to the portion of East Xxxxx Street are as follows: from the intersection of Fairview Drive and Xxxxx Street, through the east and “loop” of Xxxxx Street, to the intersection of Spruce Street (said portion of Xxxxx Street, being part of the Butte County Fairgrounds), said Street shall be a one (1) way street; with a 15 MPH speed limited; with diagonal parking on both sides of the street. This shall be strictly enforced. District shall notify the students, faculty, and support staff of the aforementioned traffic enforcement policies.

INGRESS/EGRESS. All portions of the sidewalks, gates, doors roadways, vestibules, and all ways of access to public utilities and other areas of the FACILITY shall be kept unobstructed by LESSEE and shall not be used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from the premises by XXXXXX.

INGRESS/EGRESS. This Agreement provides you with 24 hours 7 days a week In & Out access to the parking facility (unless limited per specific location), and is not valid during special events or stadium events.
