INGRESS/EGRESS. All portions of the sidewalks, entries, doors, passages, vestibules, halls, corridors, stairways, passageways, and all ways of access to public utilities of the premises must be kept unobstructed by VENDOR and must not be used by VENDOR for any purpose other than ingress to or egress from the premises.

The said right of way have been granted to pass and xxxxxx along the common passageways in the project and/or any part thereof by day or by night with or without vehicles of any description and with or without animals for all purposes. h) The right of protecting of the Unit by and from all parts of the block as far as they are normally protected. i) The requirement & right of flow in common as aforesaid of electricity water and waste or soil from and to the Unit through pipes drains wires and conduits lying or being in under thorough or over the other parts of the Project / Block (as applicable) so far as may be reasonably necessary for the beneficial use
