Initial use. The Easycard function of a Pi Wallet Debit Card with EasyCard service is readily available without activation. A newly issued or replaced Debit Card with EasyCard service has an Easycard balance of zero. To use the Autoload service, the cardholder needs to activate both the debit card and the Autoload function. If the cardholder has used the EasyCard function without activating the Pi Wallet Debit Card, the cardholder should remain liable for any debts of Autoload service. Autoload can not be de-activated after it has been activated by the cardholder.

Initial use. 1) For the initial payments set forth in this Agreement, up to (3) commercial announcements recorded at any one session may be broadcast either by television stations or by radio stations, but not by both, during a period of thirteen (13) weeks (“initial cycle”), from the date of the first broadcast. 2) Up to three (3) commercial announcements, and up to six (6) versions of those announcements, for a single advertiser, totaling up to three (3) minutes may be recorded in the original session and must be broadcast for the first time within nine (9) months following the session. 3) Additional commercial announcements beyond (3) three, additional versions beyond six (6) or an aggregate time of commercial announcements and their versions beyond three (3) minutes, shall be paid on a new contract at full fees. 4) Seasonal commercials may be recorded and will include but are not limited to advertising messages for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Family Day Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving Day and Halloween. For these seasonal commercials the period shall be twelve

Initial use. Upon payment of the session fee referenced in Paragraph 2 above, the Producer shall have the right to exhibit the infomercial over one of the following mediums, basic cable or broadcast television for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, starting from the date of first exhibition.

For these seasonal commercials the period shall be twelve (12) months. Commercial not broadcast within the time frame of this paragraph are considered dormant.

Initial use. Customer’s license of the Moz API must be consistent with the Permitted Uses as described in Attachment A, and any material or significant change in the use of Moz API thereafter is contingent upon Moz’s written approval.

Initial use. At any time after completion of the initial six (6) months of service, an eligible employee may use six (6) days credited for the first six (6) months of employment.

The first additional broadcast after the expiration of the initial cycle in the same broadcast medium shall start a new thirteen (13) week cycle. The first broadcast in such broadcast medium following the second thirteen (13) week cycle shall start a new thirteen (13) week cycle, etc. The end of one (1) thirteen week cycle and the commencement of the nest such cycle need not be contiguous. If only one (1) commercial announcement is produced at a session and such commercial announcement is not changed, visually or orally in any manner, each re-use cycle beyond the first must be paid for at the applicable fees. It is not permitted to produce one (1) commercial only and declare two (2) or three unless the second and third are commercials either visually or orally.
