Common use of Initiation of Grievances Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Grievances. Individual grievance(s) shall be filed through the Union and submitted to the employee’s immediate out-of-scope Supervisor or designate as set out under Article 7.07. Group grievances, policy grievances and interpretation grievances must be submitted by the Union.
