Injurious Work Requirements. If an employee believes the amount of work he or she is required to perform is excessive or will result in injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Article 17.

Injurious Work Requirements. If an employee believes the amount of work they are required to perform is in excess and over what is required from the rest of the staff, and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to them, the question shall be referred to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
